Restaurant with French gastronomy in the honour and a proposed wine list, a kitchen of bistronomy in the evening.

Located between the Place de la Madeleine and the Opera Garnier, this Art Deco-style restaurant, owned by Nadège Jaouen since 2015, has been in superb shape over the years. The Jalles is one of those beautiful establishments that have contributed to the reputation of French gastronomy. At midday, small appetites will be satisfied with a variety of original and delicious dishes, all accompanied by a wonderful selection from the wine list. In the evening, the establishment transforms into a bistro-style cuisine: Chick with black radish cream and chorizo chips, Crispy ravioli from Brittany in a light broth, etc. An unforgettable experience that has one flaw: its cost.

Splendide ! La nourriture était excellente, une cuisine française de haute qualité, un vrai régal pour le palais ! Le service et l'ambiance étaient également merveilleux. Je recommanderais sans hésiter.

La nourriture est supérieure à la moyenne pour une famille de quatre personnes. Le seul bémol est une gérante ou propriétaire à l'air féroce qui ne semble pas accueillante. Elle semble assez amicale avec d'autres clients, mais peut-être pas avec les clients non francophones. Ce qui a empiré les choses à la fin, c'est qu'elle s'est disputée bruyamment avec un employé de la cuisine, ce qui est dommage pour nous, les clients qui sommes assis à une table ou une chaise de là. Elle devrait faire preuve de plus de tact pour un établissement qui pratique des tarifs plus élevés que la moyenne

Les Jalles est un excellent établissement qui mériterait presque une étoile. Déco soignée, personnel attentionné, gérante très pro et agréable. La cuisine est très qualitative, il y a beaucoup de saveurs et une maitrise parfaite des cuissons. Merci pour ce bon moment.
