Restaurant offering gastronomic cuisine with a musical atmosphere in the evening.

This establishment mixes gastronomic cuisine and music. At noon, the restaurant welcomes a clientele of neighborhoods and working people; the evenings mark a change of atmosphere. The orchestra, the singers (the waitresses!) and a varied repertory: rock'n'roll from the 1960s, blues, country, gospel, jazz and all the great Anglo-Saxon hits, willingly shared with the customers, the recipe for the success of this apparently classic restaurant - dark wood decor from the 1930s - but nevertheless quite surprising.

Bien que la serveuse se soit trompée dans la commande elle a refusé de s'en excuser et a au contraire élevé la voix contre nous en indiquant qu'elle faisait ce métier depuis 40 ans et qu'elle ne souhaitait pas polémiquer.
Nous avons par la suite eu droit à un commentaire du gérant conseillant à la serveuse de "mieux choisir ses clients", pour info nous sommes plusieurs à être étrangers...
