Wooden bistro in Paris elaborating local products, a family kitchen, Aveyron and Cantal.
Despite its name, Larousse wouldn't call it a "bouï-bouï", so much so that this cosy bistro combines modernity and tradition. Here, local produce takes pride of place: homemade duck foie gras, charcuterie from Aveyron, Laguiole cheese, Salers meat, grilled sausage and aligot, as well as Saint-Nectaire gratin with leek fondue, penne with Auvergne blue cheese, onion and cantal soup.... The wine list boasts some twenty wines, including a Marcillac appellation, to accompany your meal.

Les plats sont simples et efficace, le service rapide et clair et l'ambiance bruyante et conviviale.
Je recommande pour tester les plats, les boissons de ce bout de France !
