If the concept has since been taken up, we believe it was Kevin Austruy who popularized it. And he truly deserves his success. The principle is simple: every day, this chef and his team offer five recipes for meatballs (beef, lamb, chicken, fish, vegetarian) and various accompaniments such as mashed potatoes or pan-fried mushrooms. You can then compose your bowl (lunch) or plate (dinner) as you wish, knowing that you're entitled to five meatballs and three sides- a great range of flavors. Freshness and quality guaranteed.

Découverte au hasard dans une rue pourtant très connue pour se restaurer. Les boulettes nous ont interpellé pour le côté original du concept. Le chef nous a accueilli chaleureusement pour une heure de déjeuner tardive en terrasse. C'est une belle surprise gustative que nous avons découvert pour le mix des 5 recettes proposées à la carte ainsi que les accompagnements très goûteux. Une adresse donc à retenir !
