If the concept has since been taken up, we believe it was Kevin Austruy who popularized it. And he truly deserves his success. The principle is simple: every day, this chef and his team offer five recipes for meatballs (beef, lamb, chicken, fish, vegetarian) and various accompaniments such as mashed potatoes or pan-fried mushrooms. You can then compose your bowl (lunch) or plate (dinner) as you wish, knowing that you're entitled to five meatballs and three sides- a great range of flavors. Freshness and quality guaranteed.

Très bon (surtout les boulettes agneau), mais trop cher.
J'ai même hésité à demander au serveur si il n'y avait pas des truffes dans les boulettes tellement le prix est élevé.

Absolute gem of a place. The food was tasty and generously portioned, the service was friendly and gracious, and we were the only non-French people there. Highly, highly recommended!

Très chouette endroit, les plats sont délicieux et le service très sympathique. On m'a très gentiment proposé un plat sur mesure pour respecter mes choix et goûts alimentaires, et avec le sourire en plus. J'y reviendrai avec plaisir !
