Tapas bar and cocktail bar where you can enjoy a hearty breakfast with a freshly squeezed juice.
This is a new kind of room that, open from morning till end, mixes coffee shop, tapas bar and cocktail bar. It comes to the opening for a consistant breakfast, with bircher cereals, a full base (poached eggs, salmon or bacon, lawyer, salad, pesto, feta and tomatoes), freshly squeezed juice from the day of the family farm, a hot roasted espresso, or cappuccino. At lunch, you swallow gourmet sandwiches, replets replets, salads, soups, and the solid speciality of the Texan chef: Biscuit & Gravy with bacon, eggs and sausage. And the pause lunch is very greedy: iced coffee, XL cookies, lemon cake… But it is at the beginning of the evening that the place becomes the indispensable spot for all the connected hipsters. A real aperitivo from 18 h 30 to 19 h 30 allows for the price of a cocktail, to access the buffet at will (hummus, charcuterie, spreading, etc.) before going down to the basement for a crazy night between créations and whiskies, and tapas tapas (or).
