The bun comes here from the bakery of the Moulin de la Virgin, the 100% French beef meat is a limousine race and it is Mother Richard's cheese factory that offers full cheeses at all burgers. Marcel Michelin is full of beef-race beef, Limousine saint, AOP moutarde, homemade mustard cream and chives. For those who would like to play chicken, Marcel Pagnol will provide a good dose of sunshine with French chicken Steak, Fresh Goat, Home Green Pesto, Roasted marinated peppers, fresh tomatoes and basil. Je voudrais juste que le gérant donne un rafraichissement a la cuisine qui a l'air de s'essouffler et qui ne fais pas très très propre
Comme exprimé sur place, je reviens des USA et mes standards niveau burgers sont beaucoup plus hauts désormais. C’est rare de retrouver des burgers aussi bien que là-bas. Sans prétention, j’ai voulu tester le « King » et c’était un régal. C’est de plus en plus dur de manger de bons burgers à Paris et je sais désormais que je peux compter sur cette adresse. Pour finir, le patron a un grand cœur et est très accueillant. Merci, je reviendrai autant de fois que ma diète me le permettra !
