Brunch specializing in savory and sweet dishes, including the "I want to brekkie".
This Immersion on the Faubourg Montmartre is the third of the chain's establishments, which has made brunch its specialty... all week long. Its successful painted tile facade is a real eye-catcher. Inside, space is optimized. Here, there's no all-inclusive formula or all-you-can-eat buffet, just a selection from the menu, which features some very attractive savoury dishes, such as the "I want to brekkie" (two hash browns, scrambled eggs, halloumi, mashed avocado and spinach shoots). In the sweet department, in addition to rolls and cookies, there are two recipes on French toast or pancakes. We approve!
