Restaurant specializing in grilled meats with a design room with a cozy atmosphere.

According to a popular expression of butchers, "lombem" means "good", but in this restaurant specialized in grills, we are far from the traditional butchers' stalls... The room is stylish and the atmosphere is hushed, while an impressive grill allows you to roast the meats. In the plates, it's consistent and creative without too much fuss. We recommend the matured faux filet for a minimum of 40 days with a chimichurri sauce or the homemade knife tartar that will delight fans. For vegetarians, salads and vegan burgers are great. In the evening, don't miss a ride to the bar in the basement for a little rodeo session

菜品總體不錯，但牛扒要求半生熟，可惜上菜時是全熟的。牛肉他他很推薦，手切牛肉，並非攪拌機出品。服務環境都不錯，上菜時間有少少長，有些耐性等待，如非常肚餓時不推介。個人不喜歡餐館大門，每當有人出入關門都會嘭嘭聲，很影響就餐體驗。

Très déçu par l'endroit pour commencer la plupart des plats que nous voulions commander n'étaient plus disponibles.. pas de mayo ni ketchup... Le service était très long (1h d'attente entre l'entrée et le plat). Niveau qualité la viande n'était pas exceptionnelle et la quantité a désirer....la tarte tatin du carton... Bref a éviter..

J’ai rarement fait des restaurants comme celui ci. Je recommande les yeux fermés.

Après être venue dîner plusieurs fois et avoir été conquise par la qualité des plats mais également du service, j’ai décidé de privatiser le speakeasy pour fêter un anniversaire en commun avec une amie. On a passé une excellente soirée, merci à toute l’équipe qui s’est très bien occupée de nous, merci surtout à Anastasija et Quentin qui nous ont permis de passer une si bonne soirée.

Nous avons organisé une soirée d'anniversaire(s) à plusieurs dans le bar situé au sous-sol du Lombem et on ne pouvait pas rêver meilleur endroit pour se réunir : nourriture délicieuse et ambiance et service au top ! Merci à Anastasija, Quentin et à toute l'équipe pour leur accueil !
