In this establishment with its pretty Hawaiian, tropical and colourful decoration, where soft ukulele music often resonates while Hula clips are shown on the big screen, waiters in Hawaiian shirts await you behind the counter.... Immersion in Hawaii is immediate. And even the team is from Hawaii, more precisely from Waipahu, near Honolulu. Here, the specialty, as the restaurant's name suggests, is poké, a smooth Hawaiian dish made from marinated raw fish and various spices or vegetables. In the accompaniments, we particularly recommend the house's speciality: inari, tofu stuffed with rice and furitaké. You can vary the recipes infinitely or choose one of the recipes offered by the restaurant. We see the composition of his poké bowl in real time as an employee prepares it before your eyes.
