A gourmet breeze from the Eastern Mediterranean has been blowing near the Bourse since the opening of Dalia. At the helm of this Levantine restaurant is young Israeli chef Or Bitan (ex-Miznon and Shouk). From her open kitchen, she sends out plates with Israeli, Lebanese and Syrian flavors... On the evening of our visit, the promise of a creamy hummus-heart and chicken liver was more than fulfilled, and the lamb kebab with grilled peppers, tomatoes and chillies won us over. The atmosphere was cheerful, and the customers clearly delighted to be there.
