Italian counter in Paris serving a menu of antipasti, pizzas, beef tartars and Italian cheese dishes.

After the bar and the hotel, Edgar now has its Italian counter. Alpine accents, cement tiles, Mediterranean heat, are served in good humour and in keeping with the products. Besides decoration, the map also pays tribute to the Great boot. In the programme: antipasti, bresaola, burata Des, and seductive pizzas. Served al taglio, i. e. to the cutting, they have beautiful upholstery from the majority of Italy. Whether it's Tartuffo or Sweet and Cheese, you'll take the same pleasure to eat what the hotel offers. Other celebrations of the map include a Italian beef tartar or a plate of Italian cheeses accompanied by green tomato jam.

Accueil très chaleureux de la part du personnel. La décoration du restaurant est chic et moderne. Nous avions une réservation et tout s’est déroulé comme prévu. Nous avions commandé plusieurs assiettes à partager. Je recommande particulièrement l’agneau confit en entrée. La viande fondait dans la bouche et les grenailles étaient savoureuses. Le carpaccio de courgettes et ricotta était frais et léger. J’ai moins aimé le plat de gnocchi qui était certes très copieux mais que j’ai trouvé très peu assaisonné.
