Establishment in Paris preparing great classics of Japanese cuisine, sukiyaki and shabu shabus.
Thomas Chen's establishment is assiduously attended by a mixed clientele who is looking for quality and freshness! To get a good overview of the chef's talents, the Special menu is ideal with the great classics of the Japanese cuisine : miso soup, tsukemono - fish vegetables, assortiments of sashimi, tempura, grilled salmon and white rice, watermelon and ice followed by a cup of green tea. Sukiyaki and shabu shabu are served for two people. The decoration is sober on the ground floor or on the floor: white walls punctuated by a few paintings and tables in painted wood.

Sukiyaki, le prix sur le menu est de 33 euros, mais une personne n'est pas autorisée à commander, donc deux personnes sont obligées de commencer. Après la commande, une seule portion a été servie, à savoir des légumes et une assiette de viande. Le prix était moins de 15 euros, et le paiement final était de 66 euros, ce qui est aussi C'est-à-dire qu'il est facturé 33 euros par personne et qu'il n'y a aucune explication sur le menu. N'est-ce pas tromper les consommateurs ？Finalement, il a voulu obtenir une facture, mais il ne lui a donné qu'un ticket. Après l'avoir donné, son ordinateur a supprimé le ticket. Finalement, il y eut des fruits à livrer, ils avaient déjà été sortis, mais nous nous levâmes et les rapportâmes à la cuisine.

The price wasn’t that bad either, I got the Katsudon meal for 17.50e, and it included an amuse bouche, a miso soup and a katsudon
