Address in Paris preparing sardines, meats, vegetables and a soup with Japanese influences.

It's not a Japanese at 100%, but the Japanese influences are so present that we can afford to classify it here. Three former students, Ayako, Miki and Aya, are on the lookout for their imagination: tartar of ginger sardines, based on beef nerve, potato boulettes and pie with sweet sauce… In the end, frost at the coffee makes us revisit the little black. The bento to three squares of the midi, served with soup, rice and a green green tea, is 17 € and is justified. On the other hand, the vital space is inversely proportional to quality and sixteen places are not enough to satisfy all those who want to sit down.

Un giapponese vero, come a Tokyo!! Cibo strepitoso, ambiente minuscolo ma si può prenotare. Ci torno appena posso e tutti quelli che ho portato sono diventati habitué!! Il prezzo è assolutamente in linea con le squisitezze che mangi, non è esagerato.

The fried chicken taste is quite light, the sashimi assortment is very fresh, the beefsteak rice is excellent, it was tender and juicy. While the anguille is a bit too fishy to my taste. Service super fast and friendly
Overall it was quite tasty but a bit over priced, in my option around 20 % over priced.

Bien que le restaurant soit petit, la nourriture est délicieuse. Le sushi au foie gras est une spécialité. Le riz à l'anguille est très particulier, contrairement aux autres restaurants où la sauce à l'anguille est très épaisse et sucrée, la leur a l'air légère mais a un goût excellent. Nous sommes également très satisfaits du plateau de petits “tapas”, où l'on peut goûter plusieurs plats en même temps. La tête de daurade est excellente.
