Address in Paris offering galettes with traditional recipes, specialities of selected good products.

Buckwheat patties are eaten in traditional recipes. We are looking for arkana emmentaler galette, ham, leeks and cream even if the cold days, we will certainly come back for shredded galette, hashed potatoes, smoked and pickle ham. It is difficult to recommend anything other than a crepe to the caramel with homemade salty butter in this traditional walk. Simple recipes, good products carefully selected, cakes prepared minute to sprinkle with cider. Cakes are available for sale even if you are advised to take the time to discuss with the managers, lovers of their trades and dénicheurs of high quality Breton products.
