Nice bistro in Paris serving cold cuts, poultry, meats and Lyon cuisine
This pretty bistro plays the card of the tradition of the Lyonnais bouchons under the eye of its owner, the three-starred chef Alain Ducasse. There are hundreds of lovers of Lyonnais cuisine in Paris who like to indulge in charcuterie, poultry terrine with mushrooms, green bean and smoked féra salad, not to mention Mother Richard's Saint-Marcellin or the floating island with pink pralines. The wine list includes some very nice bottles at affordable prices and others that will make your credit card tremble..

We were excited to try this restaurants for months and had made reservations a few weeks before our most recent trip for the day we arrived in Paris. A day before our departure, we received an email telling us the reservations were cancelled. No reason given. I mean, we’re French, so we get that the French are sometimes mysterious and often unconcerned with customer service, but this was new. Not a great experience and to add insult to injury we had a fairly terrible experience at another Ducasse establishment a couple days later. Disappointing.

Bel endroit, accueil sympathique, personnel efficace. Je conseille la quenelle (entrée), les cuisses de grenouilles sont délicieuses (portion généreuse) et parfaitement assaisonnées, galette de pomme de terre un peu sèche.

Outstanding service and absolutely delicious food, including the complementary amuse bouches. First time trying frog legs and was not disappointed. Loved that the atmosphere manages to be traditional, relaxed, and refined all at once.
