Don't rely on the name of the address: Maison de Yoni Saada has nothing to do with a bagnio, quite the contrary. The Top Chef semi-finalist in 2013 decided to import the Mediterranean in the heart of Paris. And with his pan bagnat, realized with a bread specially crafted for him and fresh ingredients and seasonal ingredients, the result is perfect. It was high time for the famous Nice sandwich to have an address of his own in the capital. I often go for lunch, have a very good Pasta mamma, and glass of wine. Ambience is great, cozy, good vibes. The chef super nice and the Madame at the bar super friendly, professional and kind.
