Chefs Hugo Riboulet, winner of Top Chef 2023, and Albane Auvray sign their first Parisian address here. Groot La Tourte is a small street counter dedicated to an emblem of French gastronomy: the tourte. People flock here to queue up and try one of four gourmet revisits: the Classique with yellow poultry, the Iodée with shrimps and Espelette pepper, the Gourmande with smoked beef sausage, or the Végé with brown mushrooms. Everything is very well executed, and the presentation is top-notch. We recommend it!
