Located near Père-Lachaise and very well served by transport (metro station 1 m away), this warm and friendly family hotel offers some services appreciated by guests (mini bar, safe, fan...). It is very clean and all rooms have parquet flooring. Some rooms share the bathroom, others have their own space with shower. A studio apartment that can accommodate 4 people has a kitchenette equipped with a microwave, a refrigerator, a hob and a dining area.

LAMENTABLE. Duramos una noche y luego buscamos otro hotel. No tiene ascensor y por las escaleras solo cabe una persona. Las habitaciones muy malas y la zona peor.

EL PEOR HOTEL DE MI VIDA Y TENGO 61 AÑOS. Es una coña. Sin ascensor tienes que subir escaleras de caracol del siglo XVI. La habitación una pena. Baño compartido, que por supuesto, no usamos. La zona malísima. Tuvimos un problema y nos tuvimos que ir y no tuvieron nada de empatía. No nos devolvieron nada y les importó todo un pimiento. No se os ocurra ir

Mon avis après plusieurs nuits passées dans cet hôtel :
Les + : Bon rapport qualité prix. Très bon emplacement au pied du métro "Maraichers", et proche de "Nation". Personnel très sympathique. Le ménage pas avant 11h30 donc vous pouvez faire une grasse matinée.
Les - : Pas d'ascenseur, les escaliers sont très raides donc pas pratique si vous avez des grosses valises. Pas de double vitrage donc assez bruyant. Idem pour les murs, on entendait le voisin ronfler.
Mon avis reste positif car le prix est correct et accessible pour le centre ville.

Rapport qualité/prix extraordinaire. A la sortie du métro 9 (qui mène aux Champs-Elysées). Entree sécurisée. Réceptionnistes super, chambre (avec sanitaires privatives et baignoire, tv) spacieuse, propre, confortable et pas trop de bruit de la rue. Mon seul hic était le bruit dans le couloir. Mais sinon je n'ai pas entendu l'intérieur des chambres voisines. Franchement, si vous avez un petit budget et recherchez un endroit très correct, c'est le bon plan.

È conveniente Ma ci hanno assegnato una stanza al sesto piano e quindi bisognava salire 95 gradini per volta senza ascensore. Posizione comoda grazie alla fermata della metropolitana. Camera pulita. Dal sesto piano un bel panorama.
