Hotel near the metro station ideal for a family stay and a business trip with good value for money

An unpretentious tourist hotel a few meters from the metro station. The rooms are decorated very soberly but they all have a private bathroom with shower. The hotel is very well placed for business trips and family stays in Paris. A very good price-quality ratio

I've slept there for two nights with some friends and I felt very welcomed by the owners. The rooms are simple, clean and silent even if the hotel is located in a lively multiethnic district, full of places to eat and drink. Thank you and I will come back for sure.
