Establishment in Paris preparing a classic French cuisine, local and quality with selected products.

In this authentically Art déco setting, rich in reproductions of paintings of Toulouse-Lautrec, its old-fashioned bar and its old advertisement posters, there is the French and classical cuisine, well-established in the territory by both the quality and choice of the products as well as the generosity of the plates. As starters: Burgundy snails or Gillardeau oystersand why not a foie gras. Duck breast accompanied by potatoes, 5A andouillette, grilled rib steak, and beef tenderloine in stone, which it should be added a nice proposal of salads and desserts,none of the classics fit for this style of establishment is been missed.

The food was very good and I can’t wait to go back for other items that were on the menu as we focused on the specials of the day. The desserts were particularly generous and excellent, and the prices are quite reasonable for a truly classic French bistro experience on a the edge of a pleasant little park. The owner is trying to save on waiting staff because they are simply unable to keep up with the customers so the service is very slow even though the wait staff are extremely friendly. It is a beautiful setting both indoors and outdoors, you really can’t go wrong but be prepared to wait!
