Tucked between Belleville Park and the eponymous boulevard, here's a little nugget that's well worth looking out for... Originally called Julie (not Jane), she set out to offer fresh, inventive cuisine. Today, she has entrusted the keys to her little restaurant - which seats around twenty - to a specialised agency that places young talents (chefs, sommeliers) there for a few days or weeks.
