Restaurant decorated and specialized in the kitchen of the South-West with the good products of soil in the honor in its generous dishes

Specializing in Southwestern cuisine, the restaurant, which has other addresses here and there in the capital, promotes good local products. Here, we enjoy aligot from the Jeune Montagne cooperative in Laguiole and other very generous dishes. Cantal is served with all kinds of sauces: in burgers to accompany Charolais beef, foie gras and local cured ham; or more surprisingly, to sweeten a slice of piperade.
