Specializing in Southwestern cuisine, the restaurant, which has other addresses here and there in the capital, promotes good local products. Here, we enjoy aligot from the Jeune Montagne cooperative in Laguiole and other very generous dishes. Cantal is served with all kinds of sauces: in burgers to accompany Charolais beef, foie gras and local cured ham; or more surprisingly, to sweeten a slice of piperade. The decor of the place highlights an art of living, through authentic elements that recall the naturalness of the Southwest.
