L hotel a annulée ma reservation 3 jours avant mon arrivée par simple mail et sans explications..pas tres faire play????

Fue una penosidad la estancia, bastante sucio y a pesar de los avisos en recepción no lo limpiaron y pasamos así 5 días. Además, por un problema suyo de falta de mantenimiento nos quitaron la fianza aportada de 100€. Penosos e irrespetuosos con el cliente.

ABBIAMO CHIESTO UNA BOTTIGLINA D ACQUA NATURALE, CI È STATA RIFIUTATA DICENDO CHE POTEVAMO BERE DAL RUBINETTO.
I 100 EURO DI CAUZIONE NON CI SONO PIÙ STATI DATI, DA DENUNCIA.
ONCE WE ARRIVED AT THE HOTEL THEY ASKED US FOR 100 EUROS DEPOSIT AND 31 EUROS TOURIST TAX FOR 2 PEOPLE, EXCESSIVE FOR A 3 STAR. WE ASKED FOR A BOTTLE OF NATURAL WATER, WE WAS REFUSED, SAYING THAT WE COULD DRINK FROM THE TAP. THE 100 EUROS DEPOSIT WAS NO LONGER GIVEN TO US, AFTER COMPLAINT.

바로앞에 슈퍼에 갈때도 객실키를 맡기고 나가야해서 매우 불편하며 데포짓으로 100 유로를 요구합니다 이해가 안가요
