Address in Paris proposing a menu of well-felt dishes, classic brasserie cuisine and desserts.
A Belle Époque style with a touch of modernity through woody and orange tones that perfectly match the elegance - certainly a little outdated - of the place. The menu offers well-sourced dishes, from classic cuisine to very good brasserie cuisine. Then warm apple herring fillets, Burgundy snails, beef tabs with shallots, 5A andouillette are parading in front of you, and for two people: a 7 hour-simmered lamb shoulder or a 1 kg beef rib. Generously served dishes and quality products without reproach! As for a dessert, a ladle-molded faisselle, a old rum baba or the excellent Camembert with raw milk. An address both for tourists and locals.

Weird vibe here.. Every time the door was opened, a very cold wind came inside, therefore people were wearing their jackets inside. Food was okey but really nothing special. I tried the gratinated onion soup, which I liked. One of the waiters gave a very nervous and irritated impression. He was making very weird, almost scary, gestures to the clients.

La réponse fut très aimable et j'ai été séduit par l'ambiance générale du restaurant. J'ai donc réservé deux jours plus tard et je ne regrette pas du tout.
Nous étions 6 pour déjeuner et à l'unanimité nous avons tout apprécié: l'accueil, le service, la cuisine, l'ambiance, la propreté, le confort.
Un très bon rapport qualité/prix.
Une excellente adresse où nous reviendrons dès que possible.
