A safe bet of this street a little away from the main axes, close to Place de Clichy. Owner of the premises, Michel Bonnemort, who had left for a quarter of a century to make American people discover the beautiful French gastronomy, before returning to our capital and opening the address in 1993. For starters, he will offer you the papillote of green cabbage with foie gras and pastrami, or the carpaccio of swordfish with truffle oil. He won't fail to speak highly of his pastrami of Simmenthal rib steak or his calf skirt steak grilled with thyme flower, unless you prefer the calf's kidney with oyster mushroom with Meaux grain. Finally, to finish on a sweet note, we recommend you the Jacqueline chocolate mousse: Do you know a lot of chocolate mousse without butter, without sugar or egg yolk? Nous avons séjourné dans cet établissement un vendredi soir, au cœur de Monmatre. Dès le téléphone, nous avons su que la propriétaire était très sympathique, mais le service a largement dépassé nos attentes. Elle était très gentille, tout comme la serveuse.
De plus, les plats étaient tous impeccables, de l'escargot et du fois gras en entrée aux deux plats principaux : poulet et saumon. Le vin était également très bon. Un pain incroyable que mon copain a super apprécié. Enfin, leur gâteau au fromage ! Il est tellement bon qu'il n'a pas besoin d'être accompagné.
Un peu cher, certes, mais qui en vaut la peine.
