If you want to eat well in every sense of the word, Ma Biche is the restaurant for you. In a cosy room, you can enjoy a good grandma's cooking revisited with a good touch of modernity. The dishes change according to the seasons and, in autumn, you could, for example, start your meal with a cappuccino of pumpkin and follow it up with a rib of beef for two people or an earth-sea risotto of small spelt. To end on a sweet note, the apple compote and salted butter caramel was a treat. But if it is so good at Ma Biche, it is mainly because of the good products which are all direct producers. The owner has even known most of the farmers personally for years and he helps to preserve jobs that are often difficult, especially in the face of the agri-food giants

En revanche, les salades proposées sur la carte ne sont presque que des bols de salade verte. La salade César ne ressemble pas du tout à une salade César. On reste sur sa faim ????
