Address in the style of a neighborhood bistro with a terrace and a market menu, ideal for a romantic lunch.
The name is apt. But there's no sign here of meat or fish being cooked over a wood fire fuelled by vine shoots from the hilltop vineyards. That said, Sarment is a charming neighborhood bistro. It's as much a pleasure to sit here in the morning for a café-tartine, or at lunchtime for the weekly special, as it is at the end of the day for an aperitif. When it comes to cooking, the emphasis is not on originality, but on simplicity (mayo eggs, veggie toast, tartare, burgers, Caesar salads, rum baba, lemon tarts...) and good food. Nice atmosphere.
