We've all heard of La Mascotte, the Parisian brasserie institution. La Mascotte is nothing less than this absolutely incredible and sublime display of seafood. Gillardeau, Tsarskaya, Bouzigues oysters... Salmon and Safas smoked meats... This very iodized place gets its supplies from the best producers of our nearby maritime terroirs. Oysters, whelks, periwinkles, langoustines, lobsters, shrimps and other shellfish (almonds, clams, sea urchins...) are served on the spot around "mange-debout" tables: original!
