Many people consider II Brigante the best pizzeria in Paris. Salvatore is at the helm of this tavern with warm and lively atmosphere. He is a tall bearded Calabrian dressed all in white who is busy developing pizza with ultra-fine and crispy dough. Spicy salami, spicy pork meat, sausage Neapolitan sausage, smoked scamorza, broccoli rabe, marinated arugula, turnip sprouts, the quality products are mouthwatering. Finally, the pizza with Italian spread... We do not really feel comfortable in this 20m2 but we said it was a warm and friendly tavern. Should we mention that it is strictly advisable to book? And if you can not wait, you can always get a take-away pizza.

Expérience sur place également désagréable, tout le monde s’agglutine sur des tables trop petites dans une pièce qui accueille les commandes à emporter mais aussi la cuisine et ses « pizzaiolo »
