Establishment of the hillock with the know-how and the services of the chef with an excellent quality-price ratio.
An entirely white interior, black tables and one of the best establishments on the hill. Here, the chef Antoine Versini - trained with the best - develops his incredible know-how. The value for money is excellent for such services: the peach of the moment and its polenta with lemon confit, its pig's rib in a spicy crust or, for dessert, its ricotta with yellow lemon. There is also a splendid wine cellar and a fine selection of whiskies, rums and armagnacs. It is best to come here as a lover or with the family.

A highlight of a fabulous week in Paris, Le Lamarck is a restaurant find nestled right next to the splendor of Sacre Couer and Montmartre's quaint streets. As a CIA-trained chef, I found the food was beautifully prepared and presented. From start to finish - leeks, surprisingly light ravioli with duck confit, fresh fish over risotto, pavlova with fresh fruit and greek yoghurt, and a nice wine offering with sulfite-free options - it was simply spectacular! The host, Thibold was considerate and attentive, while Chef Antoine created dishes bursting with flavor seemingly without fuss (and high cost). Highly recommend lunch/dinner. Make reservations for a memorable day in Montmartre!
