This small neighborhood club, which was reconfigured by the new managers, Omar Abboud and Mohammed Boukhriss, is a map of conviviality and family spirit. Here the master word remains the accompaniment. Upon arrival, a discovery session is available. Then a complete program, based on your needs, is concocted by one of the six club state professors. Every six weeks, a new point is made to rehabilitate the program if needed. The club is 450 m 2 divided on three levels and thus offers all the advanced equipment and disciplines to achieve your goals: Ultra-sophisticated cardio and cardio machines. Collective courses propose: buttocks abs, body bar, body combat, sculpt body, buttocks thighs, senior gym, L.I.A., Pilates, but also classes of qigong, rpm, salsa, step, yoga or zumba.
