No seniority is required for training within Aritas, which also intervenes in the analysis of the positions to be filled. Aritas has obtained quality certification. It is certified by the FEPEM Institute for Family Employment, with the approval of regional ANPE, the failures DDTEFP Paris, it is recognised by the Conseil Général de Paris and the Regional Council.
