Le pire hôtel de toute ma vie. Aussi froid dehors que dedans. Chambre sale, petite, mauvaises odeurs, salle de bain petite, moisissure, câble électrique apparent. Une honte pour le prix .

AVOID
1- room not like the displayed pictictures
2- they tried to withdraw money from credit card however we booked as pay on spot
3- receptionists are laiers and rude
4- rooms so close to each others and tinny you can hear all in around rooms
5- noisy place
6- the corridor so tiny that you can hear elevator movement
7- they did not help or even showing willing to solve the problem
8- the manager refused to talk to us and just talking through receptionist; with zero communication skills nor proper language
9- the bed mentioned as a double bed and in real its a combined to small beds
10- very bad ventelation at toet
11- leakage from the toilet seat
12- barely drainage at toilet
13- the area in around looks unsafe

Don't book it! Avoid!!!
- They tried to withdraw money from credit card however we worked them about late arrival and booked as pay on the spot; -rooms so close to each others and tinny. You can hear all sounds around. Our room was exactly near the elevator. 10 santimiters from our door!!!!
-No normal mobile network;
-The manager refused to talk to us or refund the money. They told that we are free to leave at any time)))))) but they can't return our money back!!!! All communication just through receptionists and they are so weak in English and no communication skills at all;
-The bed mentioned as a double bed and in real its a combined to small beds;
-Water on the floor from the toilet seat

Rooms are OK. Shower is super small. A/C worked for us. There was no shampoo in the shower, even though it was mentioned. Location is actually really good, you can easily reach city centre by bus/on foot. Do not buy breakfast there. :) 12€ is too much for rotten egg and a cup of coffee.

Avis partagé chambre 1 personne petite le strict nécessaire service à désirez personne a la accueil ce matin pour mon départ à 10h déposer la carte sur le bureau niveau pdj un peu chère pour la qualité des produits sinon emplacement très bien métro a 5mn et quartier calme

Chambres variables mais le prix va avec. Certaines sont tellement minuscules que vous ne pouvez rien faire dans la salle de bais sans garder la porte ouverte ! Petit dej inintéressant et dans une ancienne cave. Mieux vaut aller dans une boulangerie. Sinon le quartier est agréable et accessible... à condition que la ligne 14 fonctionne (renseignez-vous avant de réserver !)

J'avais réservé deux chambres à payer à mon arriver, comme beaucoup d'hôtel, j'avais préciser par chèques vacances ... J'ai eu la mauvaise surprise de voir mon compte débité de la somme d'une es chambres LA VEILLE alors que je n'était même pas encore arrivé (l'autre ne chambre n'a pas pu être payé puisqu'il n'y avait plus assez sur le compte, forcément !!) ... Résultat, somme importante retiré sans pouvoir la récupéré ... ça m'a bloquer dans mon programme et quand je demande des explications, je me heurte à un mur ! 190 Euros de perdu pour une chambre que je n'ai même pas utilisé !!! C'est minable !! Pour moi, c'est du vol pur et dur !!

Terrible place with extremely rude receptionist, swear to God i never met person who was so disrespectful to me before. I was so upset with his behaviour, whole trip was ruined. Hope such people will never work in hospitality

La peor experiencia. 35 grados y no nos avisaron que el aire no funcionaba. 5am nos cambiaron a una nueva Habitacion pero el aire seguía sin funcionar. Le pedí 1 botella de agua fría y me la negaron. No vuelvo más.

You have been warned!! Do not stay at this hotel!! The A/C did not work. They keep the lobby entrance locked and you cannot exit the building if the person is not behind the desk. If a fire were to occur, you could be trapped. They take your key back when you leave every day, and you have to stand outside an wait to get in because the person behind the desk is not there. The shower is so small, you could not use if you were a bigger person. Horrible! Horrible!! Horrible!! I would not stay here if it were free.

Sitio nada recomendable. Desde el primer momento problemas, pues pese a que en la web dicen que los recepcionistas hablan español, la gran verdad es que no hablan ni español ni inglés, solo francés. Llegamos a la habitación y faltan toallas de ducha y gel (lo primero lo solucionan rápido, para lo segundo ni si quiera se soluciona (nos tenemos que lavar con jabón de manos).
La puerta de la habitación no cierra con llave y cuesta cerrarla al salir (estuvimos 10 minutos intentando sin éxito).
Nos cobraron 2 veces (un día antes de venir sin ningún aviso y al llegar el primer día). Actualmente reclamando este punto.
Por último, pese a tener una parada de metro cercana, la conexión desde la misma para ir a distintos puntos de la ciudad es pésima.

Personnel peu accueillant, chambre propre mais très petite.
De plus, la carte pour rentrer dans la chambre n’a pas fonctionné une seule fois, obligé de descendre pour qu’il nous aide.
