Parisian chic and refinement in small touches and reminders of the world of Coco Chanel. "Fashion is in the air" she used to say, and the hotel has managed to capture her spirit and her modernity. Evocations through drawings, paintings... but above all through the transposition of a dress code in the style and decoration which is not ostentatious. We like this comfort spiced with a zest of feminine preciosity and the delightful elegance of the place, like the retro ironwork lift from the 19th century. Firstly, the location of the hotel is quite convenient and accessible. However, I was disappointed with the size of the rooms, which were significantly smaller than I had expected. Additionally, the condition of the flooring in the room appeared dirty and unkempt, which was not a pleasant sight.Furthermore, the noise levels in the hotel were quite high, with sounds from neighboring rooms and housekeeping staff easily audible in my room. This made it difficult to relax and enjoy my stay.On a positive note, the hotel staff was very friendly and courteous, which made for a more pleasant experience despite the aforementioned issues.

Lovely hotel just minutes away from the Arc de Triomph. The reception staff were very friendly and always smiling. The room was lovely, beds were comfortable and it was cleaned daily.

Since when we got in the hotel the service is terrible bad, the reception person seems mean, angry all time, when we were ready to get in the bedroom was completely dirty they did not clean, the receptionist didn’t care about it, we had to wait and miss our time, were disappointed with this service

Una vez llegamos al hotel es servicio es muy malo, la persona de recepción parece enojada todo el tiempo con esto entendemos que servicio al cliente no hay, una vez realizado el check in ingresamos a la habitación y está estaba completamente sucia no revisaron que la habitación estuviera lista y conforme para entregarla lo que causó en nosotros perdida de tiempo, decepción y cambio de nuestro itinerario turístico planeado
