Ideal hotel for families with well decorated rooms with bathroom or shower and breakfast served.
This hotel is a good place to stay alone or with your family. It offers nicely decorated rooms with parquet flooring and wooden furniture, the cheapest ones share a bathroom, the others have the right to a shower.
Breakfast is served every morning in a room that is also well decorated. A beverage dispenser is also available for customers. The staff is pleasant and helpful, you can buy your tickets for the visit of some monuments directly at the reception.

The hotel is located in a good neighborhood where you can find lots of bars, supeemarkets, bakeries, bus stops and metro station Brochant. The room is just a bit small for the double bed and a simple wardrobe. They change the towels every day and provide small soaps and gels just right for you to have a shower. The bathroom is also small and has nothing to hang the shower. You have to hold the showerto be able to get wet. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Certo che se sei obeso non c'entri nella doccia e anche se non sei obeso ti tocca mordere il lavandino per usare la tazza.

1) posizione vicinissima alla metro.
2) staff cordiale
3) pulizia giornaliera (ma superficiale)
NEGATIVO:
1)Le foto del sito sono false (sono dei render fatti al computer e resi più luminosi, spaziosi e belli). ATTENZIONE: tutti gli alberghi di Parigi pubblicizzati su booking mettono foto fasulle quindi vi consiglio di andare su Tripadvisor per vedere le foto realistiche dei viaggiatori.
2) Stanza matrimoniale con bagno privato: stanza e bagno minuscoli. Nella stanza vi è solo un letto (cuscini minuscoli e scomodi), un mobile piccolissimo per poggiare la roba, un tavolo piccolo ed una sedia. Si fa molta fatica a muoversi. Il bagno ha una lampadina che non illumina quasi nulla. Non c'è il Bidet (ovvio sei in Francia). Nel lavandino a malapena riesci a lavarti la faccia e bagni tutto per terra. Bagno abbastanza angusto. Phon assente. Ci puoi alloggiare al massimo 3 notti.
3) pulizia davvero deludente. Il primo giorno su uno dei due cuscini è stata trovata una caccola del naso. Ho chiesto subito la sostituzione della federa che lo staff ha velocemente fatto.
4) stanze poco insonorizzate; si sente di tutto delle stanze affianco.

Die Betten waren gerade noch so ok. Aber das Bad !! Die Duschwand war defekt und wir haben das Bad beim
Duschen unter Wasser gesetzt. Vom Rest des veralteten Bades mal ganz zu schweigen !
Die Zimmereinrichtung war sehr verwohnt und nicht so wie auf den Bildern !
Das Hotel war sehr hellhörig und man hat so einige Geräusche der anderen Gäste mitbekommen.
Wir mussten um neues Toilettenpapier "betteln" ! Eine Leselampe war defekt wir haben diese morgens auf den Tisch
gelegt und abends in einem der Nachttische wiedergefunden. D.h. sie wurde nicht ersetzt.
Anstatt in die gefotoshopten Bilder zu investieren, wäre das Geld besser in die Renovierung der Zimmer geflossen !
Die Lage war gut. die Linie M13 war nicht weit. Fußläufig waren Bäcker, Supermarkt und Restaurants zu erreichen.
