Have you the shrimp tartare, gazpacho cucumber granny smith, the tuna just seized with capers and lemon with mentholated pea muslin, the sweetbread with Corsican tome cheese macaronis gratin, lacquered Iberian pluma with cashew nut, the melon and strawberry soup with bourbon vanilla ice-cream without forgetting the cheesecake with blackcurrant?
