Discreet restaurant in a perfectly preserved traditional setting offering a generous cuisine.

This restaurant, probably one of the most discreet in the Marshal-June Square, is full of every service. The reason? A traditional framework perfectly preserved with its walls covered with tiles dating back to the early th century and, above all, traditional, efficient, generous and greedy cuisine, which goes from homemade foie gras, buds eggs through muslin to lawyers and gambas, a grilled bar fillet and its vegetable wok, a roasted roast rib and its ceps sauce, a veal blanquette and a ceps sauce. little salted to lenses. This restaurant was recommended by my hotel and was close by. I had also seen good reviews on Google. It’s small, with indoor and outdoor seating, old but cute inside. It’s family owned and run, no English menu, but the owner’s son translated for me. I had the sea bass ceviche which was the perfect texture, not fishy with just the right amount of mild heat. House white wine was great and the chocolate lava cake was good. Great service even though they were quite busy as I left. I took it as a good sign that patrons seemed to be mostly locals, less tourists. And the resident dog was adorable. Highly recommend.
