Dzień dobry, Fred został wybrany przypadkowo (decydowała odległość od hotelu). Na miejscu obsługa tip-top, da się pogadać po angielsku. Dużym plusem jest wódka serwowana w szklankach. Polecam również mocniejsze piwo "bestia". Wracając do meritum, jedzenie to totalna klapa. Zamówiliśmy: jaja w majonezie (to było najlepsze), hamburgera (niedosmażony), golnkę (słona i gumowa jak ch.), oraz tatar (to nie było posiekane, tylko pokrojone, nie każdamu pasuje taka forma surowego mięsa). Najlepiej chyba wziąść winko i małą przystawkę.

Comment peut-on servir un poulet si sec et à un prix aussi aberrant? L’ancienneté d’un lieu ne corrèle pas forcément avec sa qualité malheureusement.

Sinon, le service était aimable et le cadre sympathique, c’est dommage que la nourriture ne soit pas vraiment à la hauteur.

Changement de propriétaire. Ce n’est plus un bouchon lyonnais.

Le rapport qualité prix est mauvais , une carte vraiment très chère sans apporter un plaisir de cuisine.

Very rude waitress she wasn’t speaking english and her french was worst than mine she took the orders with attitude and we told her what we want exactly but she brought us wrong order also all cutlery was rusty and plates weren't clean overall it was very poor service not worth it.

We went while traveling with our family, most of us had never been to Paris, and Chez Fred was the food experience we've been talking about a month later. The food was excellent, the staff was nice and accommodated our poor french skills. We have been sharing it with anyone thinking of going to Paris, and will return.

Plats traditionnels de qualité, service soigné, ambiance tamisée et familiale qui vaut les 5 étoiles.
NB: les prix sont raisonnables ; toutefois, une bouteille d'eau (plate ou pétillante) nous est servie (automatiquement), au prix de 8 euros.

Il ne reste rien de ce menu ni de la qualité de ce restaurant hélas. Triste pantomime d’une cuisine de bistrot agrémentée d’une tarte fine brûlée et d’une indifférence totale du patron à cette fin de repas charbonneuse signalée à une serveuse gênée. Fred n’est plus. Tristesse.

Good Parisian bistro on the theme of the lyon has not changed

Pretty lyon has not changed which suffers from an even unpleasant cold welcome. On the level as of dishes, frankly it was not terrible (cooked potatoes with half, salad without sauce, crème brûlée actually burnt!) especially considering the price of the dishes (about £22). In two words: disrespectful and expensive!
