Brasserie with a menu that mixes traditional cuisine with more contemporary proposals.
Beautiful world in this brewery located on the place du Maréchal-June and luxuriously refurbished. All-Paris media, communication and business in general regularly meet there, both lunch and dinner. No menu at Petrus but a map that skilfully navigue traditional cuisine and more contemporary proposals under Benjamin Masson's leadership (ex Arpège). Of course, it is a bit expensive. But is that good? The answer is yes. We think of this meat of meal and its cream from peas to summer black truffle or to this pavot and sesame thon. Brasserie requires, classic beef nets, calf's liver, veal coast, veal, coconut and kidney apples are at the rendez-vous, just like the vanilla abundance, the chocolate-baked, or our heart cutting, the cheese with old rum.
