LE ROYAL VILLIERS
Brasserie of reference in a chic atmosphere offering a tasteful cuisine in Paris.
Joëlle and Guy Maysounave run this reference brasserie. A chic atmosphere: elegant tables with pretty tablecloths, comfortable seat, honey coloured floor and orange chandeliers in the form of giant diabolos of the 1980s for a small stylish fantasy touch... we immediately feel good and we think that the cuisine will be in tune with our expectation! The restaurant has Aveyron roots and the Aveyron products grouped under the name "Pour les amis de Maysou"; you can enjoy charcuteries, meat and omelettes or a nice Aveyron aligot pork rib. You can also leave the region with veal liver simmered with vegetable, beef cheek casserole or Bobosse sausage, in short, they offer a "delicious" cuisine for those who have a good appetite. For the dessert: apricot clafoutis, baba and pineapple salad, flambéed pancakes or gourmet tea. The wine list has a fine selection of independent winemakers and the spirits, from the old souillac plum to the very old cognac will perfectly finish your meal.
