In an original and chic setting, Flonflon is a restaurant offering basic bistronomic cuisine, prepared by the chef.

Chef Pierre-Thomas Clément welcomes his guests, many of whom come from the local area, to Flonflon in a decor that combines contemporary touches (lighting, wallpaper...) and Art Deco (seating). He doesn't just offer basic bistronomic cuisine: dishes are prepared with the clear intention of revisiting classics, with that little something extra that justifies a visit (roasted prawn ravioli with almond bisque, hake in satay crust...). Also on the menu of this place of sharing are dishes to share, attractively named Finger Food. A sure bet!

Repas excellent, mais un service peu à l’écoute du client. Nous avons commandé un Bourgogne Mercurey qui s’est avéré être « pétillant » nous avons demandé à le changer comme proposé par le serveur précédemment. Finalement on nous a expliqué que le vin était excellent et qu’on ne pouvait pas le changer. Qu’à la rigueur ils pouvaient faire une ristourne sur la prochaine bouteille mais c’est tout. La bouteille était tout de même à 73€… rien à faire les serveurs/euses ne voulaient rien entendre… nous avons fini par avoir 10€ de réduction sur deux bouteilles à plus de 70€ chacune… pas très « client centric » comme expérience

Ma compagne américaine avait découvert ce restaurant l'été dernier qui lui avait laissé un super souvenir et nous sommes revenu à sa demande !

Le repas est juste fantastique et l'atmosphère est parfaite ! A toute personne qui souhaite découvrir un bistro parisien avec une carte régulierement renouvellée avec des excellents produits, venez savourer !

Un grand merci à toi Pierre Thomas pour ton accueil. On reviendra à notre prochain passage sur Paris !
