Restaurant offering a bistronomic cuisine and simple dishes with good value for money.
This restaurant is largely located in the design lobby of the Hyatt Regency Etoile. This may be surprising at first, but yes, the restaurant is there! The bistronomic cuisine offered is informal and to be shared and will appeal to lovers of simple dishes. The must is however the brunch every Sunday! With a very good price-quality ratio, the buffet offers a wide variety of fresh products and ready-made dishes right in front of your eyes. On the various gourmet counters, you will find among others: charcuteries, cheeses, bulbs, shrimps, oysters, ceviche, risottos, grills, pastries.... In short, you will get value for your money!

Après avoir pris un apéritif au Mayo café (dans le lobby au cœur de l’action), j’ai passé un excellent dîner au restaurant Mayo. J’ai mangé un cabillaud confit à l’huile avec une délicieuse crème à l’ail de la carte de printemps ! L’équipe est attentionnée et j’ai pu m’inscrire au programme de fidélité World of Hyatt pour gagner des points et des avantages dans tous les hôtels Hyatt dans le monde ! Je recommande pour des dîners entre amis ou avec des collègues ;)

I had a surprisingly good snack and cognac here. I don't expect very good or fresh food at a Hotel's cafe, but the food here was a cut above and the service was outstanding.

Excellent déjeuner d’affaire en compagnie de mes invités. Buffet simple mais proposant des mets d’exceptions comme des huitres, des gambas! Mention speciale a Christelle! Tres bon service de bout en bout! Je recommande.

Nous avons testé pour la première fois le restaurant de l'hotel Hyatt, ambiance cosy, plats très bons, et service très sympathique de Kamel. Réservation effectuée sur The Fork où vous pouvez bénéficier de jusqu'à -50% sur la carte.
