Original restaurant in Paris offering a bistronomic cuisine with Japanese touches, organic dishes.

Located near Monceau, the Table du Caviste Bio is an original restaurant with elegant and sober décor, in clear shades of cold grey, lemon yellow notes. You can enjoy a bistronomic cuisine above all French but with Japanese touches since it is a talented chef from Japan, Junko Kawasaki, who creates the dishes, which are predominantly organic and change every week. For example, the unexpected veal head in tartare sauce. The list of the 250 wines, all organic, are wines that are combined well with the flavour of the dishes offered here. A beautiful address that we strongly recommend you to test.

J’ai eu la chance de pouvoir fêter mon anniversaire à la table du caviste bio avec une dizaine d’amis. Tout était parfait : des plats raffinés, d’excellents vins (rouges comme blancs) et la gentillesse de Dominique et de la cheffe. Ma famille, mes amis et moi-même avons passé un excellent moment.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at this lovely establishment, and it was an unforgettable experience. The highlight of my visit was undoubtedly the Wagyu steak, which was my first encounter with this premium beef. I must say, I was not disappointed. The restaurant's ambiance was the perfect setting for a memorable evening. As I savored my first bite of the Wagyu steak, I was instantly captivated by its tender and succulent texture. The beautifully intricate marbling of the meat seemed to dissolve in my mouth, revealing a rich, buttery flavor that defines the excellence of Wagyu beef. Accompanied by a well-paired glass of wine and a delightful sauce, every aspect of the meal was meticulously crafted to perfection. This experience not only introduced me to the world of exceptional steak but also ignited a newfound passion for culinary excellence. I can confidently say that this dining experience was nothing short of a culinary masterpiece. I look forward to returning for more delightful meals in the future. :)
