Contemporary brasserie in Paris serving a menu of market cuisine and a menu of good products revisited.

Café DAD is a contemporary brasserie created by three friends, Vincent, Flo and Edouard around a market cuisine presented on the slate and a menu that is always with good products. On the program, some travellers dishes (salad with hot goat cheese bricks, mozzarella di bufala...), but especially more or less revisited classic dishes (tartare with razor fish, fried burgers, salmon minute, steak, pizzas...) and conventional desserts (panna cotta, crème brûlée, tiramisu...) but flawless make up the winning formula of this address that also has a large terrace perfectly oriented.

Ma cantine : Café Dad
La nourriture n'y est jamais décevante : de bons produits, et d'excellents plats. On apprécie d'autant plus la terrasse, et l'espace dont Café Dad bénéficie (et à Paris, c'est rare). On apprécie d'autant plus en hiver.

The Dad café is a new restaurant near Pont Cardinet. The menu is deliberately reduced because the restaurant offers mainly fresh ingredients. The prices are reasonable and the restaurant acquired in a few months a loyal clientele. The cuisine is not original but is perfectly decent. The service is well made and the setting is very pleasant. In summer, it is possible to eat on the terrace.
