Bistro in Paris preparing fish, duck and meat, various desserts.
We thought there was no such thing as a bistro that didn't try to offer anything other than rustic, popular and gourmet cuisine, that stuck to its guns and did it well. Well, there are! Marinated bistro salmon, homemade duck terrine, cold bistro ratatouille with poached egg, beef tartare, pan-fried prawns with coconut milk and curry, herb-infused roast cod, duck breast with imperial sauce and sautéed noodles, brioche perdu with maple syrup, salted butter caramel mi-cuit, roasted figs with spiced red wine and amarena ice cream.
