Address with mustard glasses, hence its name, a chef in the kitchen making dishes with a good quality-price ratio.
With a name like that, the theme of the decor was obvious: the mustard glass. And there are plenty of such glasses in this bistro near Boulevard des Maréchaux. On one wall, arranged in collection mode, and on the tables, filled (and therefore ready to use) or empty. All of this would probably seem gimmicky if it weren't for a real chef in the kitchen, working the meat with precision. Beef steak marchand de vin, braised veal chop, Black Angus beef flank steak... carnivores will be delighted. Varied choice of appetizers/tapas. Good value for money.

Update:
On a mangé ce midi, la formule est intéressante avec deux tapas plats verre de vin et café.
Les tapas étaient des carottes râpées et des raviolis vegan, c'était franchement pas terrible. Le plat était du bœuf en ragoût avec des légumes, quand on nous a présenté les plats on nous a juste dit que c'était du bœuf sans savoir si c'était de la bavette, de l'entrecôte ou quoique ce soi, et donc on à eu un ragoût. C'était pas mauvais.
Donc en résumé rien d'exceptionnel.
La décoration est sympa.
Rien d'autre à ajouter. 23 euros la formule et il ne prenne pas la carte ticket restaurant.
