This Parisian Crabe Marteau, little brother of its Brest counterpart, brings all the freshness of Iroise seafood and its native Brittany. The iconic pieces are of course the Atlantic crab (from 800 g to 1 kg) or the spider crab, both served on a board. You will break their legs with a hammer under the high protection of a bib available on spot. They are eaten with organic potatoes, gravy and bread, all homemade. According to the seasons and supplies, you can taste freshly caught blue lobster from Brittany, abalone from Molene, Scallops, langoustines, noble fish like sea bass, monkfish, sea bream or sole.
