A trendy retro stopover, The Place To is a young, friendly address in Aveyron. The bar-restaurant is located a stone's throw from the Champs-Elysées, with its New York café and cosy lounge atmosphere. In the morning, it welcomes all those who want to enjoy a good breakfast, then the walkers of the Champs-Élysées make a stop there to quench their thirst and eat in a warm setting. In terms of cuisine, the restaurant offers a trendy and cosmopolitan menu. While the décor evokes the countryside and the terroir, the menu offers a parade of salads, tartares, sandwiches and other burgers. The Place To is Maxime Fabry's fiefdom, winner of the prize for the best burger in Ile-de-France in 2019. This cook, also from Aveyron, also won the trophy thanks to a recipe that borrows from the 12th arrondissement what it produces or provides best: Aubrac beef, of course, but also morels, nuts, honey, Aubrac tea, fresh tomatoes and smoked breasts. A necessarily delicious blend!
