Gastronomic restaurant offering a menu of transalpine cuisine, thin-crust pizzas, meats and fish.

Right next door to the Sormani gourmet restaurant, the eponymous Bistro does not fall short of the mark, offering tasty transalpine cuisine. The à la carte prices make for a chic "cantiner" in a sleekly designed setting playing on shades of gray, mauve and chocolate. The dining room opens onto the kitchen, with a view of the pizzaiolo loading his thin-crust pizzas into the oven (about fifteen of them...). In parallel, very successful dishes such as veal carpaccio cooked with herbs, tuna sauce and fresh capers or wild salmon mi-cuit, caponata, tomato confit pesto.

Bon Accueil, Bon repas, Belle salle et Bon emplacement, que dire de plus..les prix un peu élevés mais c’est normale c’est Paris et la proximité avec l’arche de triomphe !

Les meilleures pizzas que j'ai mangé depuis bien longtemps. Et j'en ai mangé des pizzas dans ma vie (pizzas en Italie incluses !)

Je n'était clairement pas le bienvenu la ba a partir du moment j'ai passer la porte d'entrée tout le personnel ma regarder de travers et une manière de parler incroyablement irrespectueux. Bonne pizza mais ne reviendrai jamais j'ai bien compris que vous vouliez pas de clients de ma sorte et vous m'avez très bien compris.
